As I stated on my “About” page, I thought this might be a way to add some value to the blogging world, by helping
others take life’s lessons as they come instead of the typical dread. Therefore, the name “Greeting Lessons.”  After all,Colored pencils isn’t life about learning so that we can continue in our journey or pursuit of happiness?   Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you knew change was coming, a new job, addition of a family member or loss of a loved one?  Do you remember the dread you felt knowing that your bubble was about to be turn upside down or popped?  That feeling is a natural occurrence in life, but what if you could look at life changing situations with anticipation about what lesson you will learn or how can you use the lesson to help someone else who may be in a similar situation?  My hope is to share my life experiences/lessons with the possibility that I can help you find a way to use your life lessons to enhance your environment, your life and those around you.

Blogging is an art
Blogging is an art

I don’t claim any expertise or perfection in my blog, I simply wanted a way to share with others.  I may make typos or other clerical errors and while I would love to have your input as to how I can improve, I do ask that you be kind – considerate; helpful, if you wouldn’t say it to your mother or want her to know, please don’t share it here.  I would like comments to be inspiring and engaging for others so that we can build a safe community for everyone who joins us.  Remember one of the golden rules:  “If you don’t have anything nice to say; don’t say it.”
Enough rules, as I think everyone gets the point.  BE NICE 🙂

So now that you know about the life lessons part of my blog, I want to share with you my hopes and dreams for this social outlet.  Eventually, I would like to start sharing lessons of a different hands of heartkind…my love of papercrafting.  I’m not sure how or when I will begin this part, but I think I will add a different page to the blog for anyone who would like to review the instructional page and for those who may not be interested are not obligated.  I currently make greeting cards for all occasions and therefore the name, “Greeting Lessons.”

I hope that you will join me, follow me and find value in what I have to share.

Have an Enlightened Day,
